Sant Llorenç de Morunys and sourroundigs

This excursion allows you to discover the spectacular scenery around Sant Llorenç de Moruny, including the reservoir, the dam and the Lords Monastery. The truly daring can try bungee jumping from the dam. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in Sant Llorenç. The monastery and the very old church (https://lavalldelord.com/ca/) are also well worth a visit.
The route takes you straight uphill from El Ges, past or near other villages worth visiting such as Gosol, Tuixent or Ossera.
However, I would recommend heading straight to Sant Llorenç and then taking a wide loop via Solsona, Coll de Nargó and La Seu d’Urgell.
